CLEAN AIR ACT REPORT VIOLATION
Utah Indoor Clean Air Act (UICAA) protects our community from the dangers of secondhand smoke exposure. In Utah, smoking inside public buildings or within 25-ft of doorways, windows, or air intakes is illegal—even if a smoking receptacle is present. This law also applies to electronic cigarettes and other vapor products.
