REPORT A VIOLATION

The Utah Indoor Clean Air Act (UICAA) protects our community from the dangers of secondhand smoke. In Utah, smoking is illegal inside public buildings and within 25 feet of doors, windows, or air intakes—even if a smoking receptacle is present. This law also applies to electronic cigarettes and other vapor products.
