MEDICAID
Medicaid is a health care program for people with low income and limited resources. It helps families, pregnant women, people 65 or older, people who are disabled or blind, and people with breast or cervical cancer. Our office helps people connect with Medicaid resources and promotes access by supporting healthcare providers to accept Medicaid. Medicaid provides services such as physical growth and developmental checkups, vision and hearing tests, and other important care. The Public Health Department does not manage the Medicaid program. This page is provided to help you find and connect with resources. Learn more about the Medicaid program and how to apply.
