MEASLES
Measles is a highly contagious disease caused by the measles virus. It spreads through the air when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or speaks. Symptoms usually begin with fever, cough, runny nose, and red, watery eyes, followed by a rash that often starts on the face and spreads to the rest of the body. Measles can cause serious health complications, especially in children younger than 5 years old.
