GRAMA REQUEST

SUBMITTING A GRAMA REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Select the Begin GRAMA Request link to open the records portal.
  2. On the Open Records Portal, scroll down to search “Agency Name” then the Request Records button will appear.
  3. Log in with your Utah ID account to complete the request form.
    1. If you don’t have an account: select Create an account link on the sign-in page.
    2. Why create an account: this allows you to save your progress and receive status updates at the email address associated with your account.
  4. After you submit the completed form, the agency’s GRAMA Records Officer will review your request and forward it to the appropriate division for processing.
