VapE/Tobacco PREVENTION

Our mission is to educate parents, youth, health care professionals, and all other community members about the truth behind tobacco use and the effects of nicotine addiction on health disparities. Despite significant progress, tobacco/nicotine use remains the leading preventable cause of death and disease in the US. We provide evidence-based, statewide tobacco/nicotine control programs that are comprehensive, sustained, and accountable to reduce tobacco-related diseases and deaths.

Parents | Start the Conversation

START A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR TEEN
Preventing teens from vaping and nicotine addiction can be accomplished through education and open dialogue. Studies show that when parents talk to their children and express a strong disapproval about vaping, they’re less likely to vape.
