Notice of Public Sale — Sealed Bid

Southwest Utah Public Health Department (SWUPHD) is accepting bids for a surplus fleet vehicle.

1. Vehicle Specifications:

  • Vehicle Make / Model: 2018 Nissan Altima
  • VIN: 1N4AL3AP6JC296530
  • Current Mileage: 78,990 miles
  • Condition: Good overall condition (Sold AS-IS); maintained as part of agency fleet.
  • Minimum Starting Bid: $7,500.00

2. Bid Submission Guidelines:

  • Submission Period: Oct 5–19 during business hours; closes Oct 19 at 5:00 PM.
  • Submission Method: Mail or hand-deliver to SWUPHD, 620 S. 400 E., #400, St. George, UT 84770 (all bids must arrive by Oct 19).
  • Envelope Marking: Must be sealed and clearly labeled: “Sealed Bid – 2018 Nissan Altima”.
  • Required Info: Bid amount and complete contact info (Name, Phone, Email, Address). No official form required.
  • Time Stamping & Ties: Bids are time-stamped upon receipt. Identical high bids will be awarded to the earliest received.

3. Opening & Award Terms:

  • Sealed Bid Opening: Oct 21 at 9:00 AM (4th Floor Conf Rm, 620 S. 400 E., St. George, UT 84770).
  • Payment & Pickup: Due within 5 business days of winner notification.
  • Disqualification & Cancellation: SWUPHD reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, or non-responsive bids, or cancel awards if payment/purchase terms are unmet.
