Certified copies of Utah birth and death certificates may be requested through any of our offices for events that occurred in Utah. We also have limited access to Utah marriage and divorce records and can refer you to the appropriate office when we are unable to assist. If the event occurred outside of Utah, you will need to contact the vital records office in that jurisdiction. The national directory of vital records offices provides contact information for each agency.
